While Therapeutic Massage is often relaxing and stress relieving the
end goal of the session is to relieve areas of muscle tension or concern. A variety of massage styles may be used
including Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Stretching Techniques
(PNF), and Aromatherapy. This type of massage is recommended as part
