Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You must be a legal resident of the United States of America and 13 years of age or older at the time of entry to win. Employees of the Stephens Media Interactive, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and any of the contest sponsors, and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each are ineligible to participate in this promotion. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: (1) Enter online at reviewjournal.com. Fill in the online entry form in its entirety in order to be eligible, then click on the "Click Here To Enter" button. One entry is allowed per person (with a valid e-mail address) per drawing period. Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the drawing. In addition, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to any computer or other property resulting from participating in, or downloading any materials for, this drawing. Each e-mail entry shall be deemed to have been sent by the authorized account holder, at the time of such entry, of the e-mail address indicated on such entry. Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to cancel or modify the online drawing if fraud, technical failure, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor destroy the integrity of this promotion.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins April 17, 2014, and ends April 21, 2014. Entries must be received by 8am on the last date of the promotion.
DRAWING: There will be thirty (30) winners determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held on or about April 21, 2014, after 9am. In the event the potential winner does not qualify or is not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: Each winner will receive a pair of passes into the special screening on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, 7:00pm at Brenden Palms. The prize is only good for this screening. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes granted except at Sponsor's sole option of a prize of comparable or greater value. No prize transfers permitted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential prize winner will be notified by either US Mail or e-mail. Winners may need to have a access to a printer as the Screening passes may need to be printed from GoFoBo. All federal, state, and local taxes are the prize winner's sole responsibility. Void where prohibited by law.
Winners agree that Stephens Media Interactive or Sponsor may use their name and/or likeness in promotional materials without further payment or consideration.
