Eligibility: Contest open to all US residents. Employees of the Review-Journal/Sun or Stephens Media, as well as immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Entries: Accepted from April 1, 2010 thru April 16th, 2010 at 5:00 pm.

How to Enter: Submit completed entry form with photo and $5 entry fee. (Cash, check, money order, credit card - Actual entry is $0.50 and rest is donation to NIE). Minimum Credit Card charge is $5.00) Digital photos must be sent as a jpg. Only one photo per entry and must be 3x5 or 4x6 inches. Family name , and phone # must be on back of photo or in email submission. Photo becomes property of Review-Journal and will not be returned. Checks made payable to Review-Journal NIE. Professional photographs, Kiosk and color printer photos NOT ACCEPTED. In Person – Fill out form, pay entry fee, and submit photo at Cashier’s office at RJ – 1111 West Bonanza Road, LV NV 89106.

By Mail – Fill out form (found in paper or online at www.lasvegasNIE.com) and mail to RJ /NIE MOM and BABY - 1111 West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, NV 89106.with entry fee and photo.

Online – Send email to nie@reviewjournal.com with attached jpeg photo and ALL information from entry form found on website. Include credit card information for entry fee or phone number for NIE to call for payment information.

Voting Rules: Voting period begins April 19, 2010 at 9:00 am thru May 5, 2010, at 5:00 pm. Votes can be cast online. ALL votes must be received by voting period deadline. Voting totals posted on NIE website - www.lasvegasNIE.com.

Voting open to general public and costs $.20 per vote (minimum $5.00 online credit card charge and $0.05 is actual vote for one charge -rest is donation). Voting limited to persons 18 years of age or older. No limit on the amount of votes a person can cast.

The Review-Journal is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, postage due or illegible entries. The RJ reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate or entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest.

Winner Determination: Winner determined by total number of votes received. In the event of a tie, a winner will be randomly chosen from the tied entries. Winners will be announced May 7th, 2010 on the NIE website, in the Review-Journal, or notified by email or telephone.

Prizes
First place winner has photo placed in RJ ad announcing the winner and receives gift certificates from participating sponsors.

Participation
By participating in the contest entrants are bound by all rules of the contest. The Review-Journal reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate contest at any time. The Review-Journal will not be responsible for inadvertent errors in printing, typing, etc of the official rules or other materials regarding the content.
