Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You must be a legal resident of the United States of America and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to win. Employees of the Stephens Media Interactive, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and any of the contest sponsors, and their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each are ineligible to participate in this promotion. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: (1) Enter online at reviewjournal.com. Fill in the online entry form in its entirety in order to be eligible, then click on the "Click Here To Enter" button. One entry is allowed per person (with a valid e-mail address) per week. Entrants may submit a Giveaway Code, to be found on the front page of The Shopper, to be entered into a secondary drawing. Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the drawing. In addition, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to any computer or other property resulting from participating in, or downloading any materials for, this drawing. Each e-mail entry shall be deemed to have been sent by the authorized account holder, at the time of such entry, of the e-mail address indicated on such entry. Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the online drawing if fraud, technical failure, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor destroy the integrity of this promotion. Entries may be completed manually using promotional materials clearly identified as “Weekend Shopper Giveaway Entry Form”, with all entry information completed, and submitted in person at the Review-Journal corporate offices at 1111 West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, NV, 89106 or in entry collection boxes at select Sponsor locations.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins May 17, 2013, and ends April 30, 2014. Entries for each month’s prize grouping must be received by midnight on the last date of the calendar month for that prize grouping.
DRAWING: Drawings will be held monthly within 15 days of each calendar month-end date for the featured prize grouping for that month. There will be one (1) winner for each prize in a prize group, determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that month. In the event the potential winner does not qualify or is not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: There will be a separate and unique prize grouping for each calendar month during the promotion. Total value of prizes will exceed $25,000 in retail value.

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes granted except at Sponsor's sole option of a prize of comparable or greater value. No prize transfers permitted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Winner is responsible for any related sales tax, delivery fees, or other fees as established by Sponsor for a given prize. Winner will receive a declaration of prize value for income tax purposes and must supply a valid IRS Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for this purpose.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential prize winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. The winner must show valid state issued driver's license or other identification as evidence of identity. All federal, state, and local taxes are the prize winner's sole responsibility. Void where prohibited by law.
Winners agree that Stephens Media Interactive or Sponsor may use their name and/or likeness in promotional materials without further payment or consideration.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS STEPHENS MEDIA LLC, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSS, DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, COSTS, EXPENSES AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION OR RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY OF THE PRIZES AWARDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, INVASION OF THE RIGHT OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY.
